After an accident you are allowed to choose the shop. We prepare an itemized estimate with photos and a parts list that your adjuster can review, and we explain what the insurer is paying for and what is left for you.

If the adjuster’s number is lower than ours because of hidden damage or part prices, we document the difference with photos so it can be reviewed. We do not promise what an insurer will approve.

Once the claim is approved we schedule the repair, order the parts and keep you updated until the car is ready.
